Chaoju Eye Care Holdings Limited reported no change in its issued share capital following the latest repurchase activity disclosed in the Next Day Disclosure Return dated 14 July 2026. The company bought back 106,500 ordinary shares on-market on 14 July at prices between HK$2.55 and HK$2.59 per share, spending HK$273,945 in aggregate.
Total issued shares remain at 705.18 million, as the repurchased shares have not yet been cancelled. Since the renewal of its buy-back mandate on 12 May 2026, Chaoju Eye Care has repurchased 1.84 million shares, equivalent to 0.26 % of the 705.18 million shares outstanding on the mandate date. The mandate authorises repurchases of up to 70.52 million shares, leaving approximately 68.68 million shares—over 97 % of the limit—still available.
The cumulative repurchases pending cancellation now amount to 1.84 million shares, acquired at volume-weighted average prices ranging from HK$2.43 to HK$3.02 per share across 31 market transactions executed between 2 April and 14 July 2026.
Under Hong Kong Stock Exchange rules, Chaoju Eye Care is restricted from issuing new shares or transferring any treasury shares until 13 August 2026, 30 days after the latest buy-back. Executive Director and Joint Company Secretary Zhang Guangdi confirmed that all repurchases complied with Listing Rules and applicable regulations.
