Yongda Auto repurchases 600,000 shares on 14 May; total buybacks under 2025 mandate climb to 30.16 million

China Yongda Automobiles Services Holdings Limited (Yongda Auto) filed a Next Day Disclosure Return on 14 May 2026, detailing the latest progress of its on-market share repurchase programme.

The company bought back 600,000 ordinary shares on 14 May at prices ranging between HKD 0.93 and HKD 0.95, spending HKD 0.57 million in aggregate. The weighted-average price for the day’s buyback stood at HKD 0.94 per share.

Since the current 10 % repurchase mandate was approved on 30 May 2025, Yongda Auto has repurchased 30.16 million shares—equivalent to 1.61 % of the share capital in issue at the time of the mandate. The authorisation allows for a maximum of 187.62 million shares to be repurchased, leaving capacity for a further 157.46 million shares.

As of the close on 14 May 2026, the company’s issued share capital remains unchanged at 1.84 billion shares. However, 6.34 million shares (0.34 % of the issued share base) have been repurchased but not yet cancelled; these transactions occurred between 8 April and 14 May 2026 at prices ranging from HKD 0.94 to HKD 1.28.

In accordance with Hong Kong Listing Rules, Yongda Auto is subject to a 30-day moratorium on issuing new shares following the latest repurchase, expiring on 13 June 2026.
