Parkway Life Real Estate Investment Trust (C2PU) said on May, 15 2026 that it has issued 33,516 new units to its manager, Parkway Trust Management Limited, as partial settlement of the base management fee for the period from Jan, 01 2026 to Mar, 31 2026.

The units were issued at an average price of about 4.03 Singapore dollars each, determined by the volume-weighted average price over the ten business days preceding the last business day of each month in the fee-accrual period.

Following the issuance, Parkway Life REIT’s total outstanding units stand at 652.69 million, with the manager holding approximately 1.48 million units.
