SHANGHAI FUDAN (01385) announced that its Nomination Committee has approved the nomination of Mr. Zhang Yuming as an Independent Director (Independent Non-Executive Director). The Board of Directors will submit the relevant resolution for shareholder approval at an extraordinary general meeting.

Following a democratic election at the company's third staff congress in 2025, Mr. Shen Mingjie was elected as an employee director of the 10th Board of Directors. His term will commence upon the approval of amendments to the company's articles of association (including provisions for employee directors) at the extraordinary general meeting and will last until the end of the 10th Board's term (i.e., June 17, 2028).
