iX Biopharma Ltd. announced on May, 22 2026 that it has allotted and issued 29,750 new ordinary shares pursuant to the exercise of warrants priced at 0.06 Singapore dollars each.

The issuance increases the company’s total outstanding shares to 1,056,936,965 from 1,056,907,215. The new shares will rank pari passu with existing shares and are expected to begin trading on the Singapore Exchange on May, 26 2026.
