Alebund Pharmaceuticals (Jiangsu) Limited (“Alebund”) announced that, in line with Rule 2.07A of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s paperless listing regime effective 31 December 2023, the company will switch to electronic dissemination of all future corporate communications.

Key points 1. Scope of documents: The change covers directors’ reports, annual and interim reports (and summaries where applicable), meeting notices, listing documents, circulars and proxy forms. 2. Access channels: Both English and Chinese versions of every future document will be posted on Alebund’s website (www.alebund.com) and the HKExnews platform (www.hkexnews.hk); printed copies will no longer be mailed by default. 3. Actionable communications: Shareholders are encouraged to submit a functional email address—by scanning the personalised QR code on the reply form or returning the form to Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited—to receive actionable corporate communications electronically. 4. Default arrangement: If no email address is provided, actionable communications will be sent in printed form until an address is registered. 5. Opt-out option: Shareholders preferring hard copies may request printed materials via the reply form or by emailing Alebund.ecom@computershare.com.hk.
