On 27 April 2026, China Nonferrous Mining Corporation Limited (abbreviated “CHINFMINING”) announced that its 2025 Annual Report, in both English and Chinese, has been published on the HKEX news website (www.hkexnews.hk) and the company’s website (www.cnmcl.net). Printed copies have been dispatched to shareholders who previously elected hard-copy delivery.

Effective immediately, CHINFMINING is adopting a fully electronic distribution model for all subsequent corporate communications—defined under Hong Kong Listing Rules to include annual and interim reports, financial summaries, meeting notices, circulars, listing documents and proxy forms. Future documents will only be accessible online via the company and HKEX platforms unless shareholders specifically request physical copies.

Non-registered shareholders are instructed to provide valid email addresses to their bank, broker, custodian, nominee or HKSCC Nominees Limited. Until an email address is registered, these investors will not receive publication alerts and must proactively monitor the company’s and HKEX’s websites for updates.

Shareholders who prefer hard copies can submit a completed reply form to the company’s share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, or email a scanned form to hk1258-ir@cnmc.com.cn. The company will supply printed materials free of charge upon receipt of such requests.
