The Group has achieved steady growth in both its business operations and employee numbers in recent years. Executing the lease agreement will provide the Group with improved and necessary office space and facilities to meet its daily operational needs. It will also enable the Group to secure long-term office property, thereby enhancing the company's operational and management capabilities.
