Infinity Logistics and Transport Ventures Limited (the Company) has appointed Nexia as its new auditor, effective from February 13, 2026, to fill the vacancy left by the resignation of Kreston Malaysia on October 30, 2025. According to the announcement, Nexia will hold office until the conclusion of the Company’s next annual general meeting.

Nexia is a Malaysian member firm of Nexia International and is governed by the Malaysian Institute of Accountants. The firm is also registered with the Audit Oversight Board of the Securities Commission Malaysia. Infinity Logistics obtained a statement of no objection from The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, alongside approval-in-principle from the Accounting and Financial Reporting Council, for Nexia’s appointment in auditing the Group’s consolidated financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2025.

The Company’s Audit Committee noted several considerations in endorsing the appointment, including Nexia’s experience in auditing Hong Kong-listed companies, independence, resources, track record, and proposed audit fees. The Board and the Audit Committee concluded that appointing Nexia would maintain audit quality and serve the best interests of the Company and its shareholders.
