Yuexiu Services Group Limited issued a shareholder circular on 29 April 2026 inviting all newly registered shareholders to select their preferred format and language for future corporate communications, which include annual and interim reports, circulars, meeting notices, proxy forms and related documents.

Shareholders can choose one of four options: 1. Access all future documents via the company’s website (Website Version) with e-mail or postal notifications. 2. Receive printed English versions only. 3. Receive printed Chinese versions only. 4. Receive both printed English and Chinese versions.

If no reply form is returned to the share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, by 29 May 2026, shareholders will be deemed to have consented to the Website Version. In such cases, Yuexiu Services will send only a notification—by e-mail or post—each time new corporate communications are uploaded.

Shareholders may change their election at any time by sending written notice or e-mail to the registrar. Printed copies of any corporate communication remain available free of charge upon request.
