MEDINET GROUP (08161) announced that it expects to record a net loss not exceeding HK$31,000 for the six-month period ending September 30, 2025. This represents a significant reduction compared to the net loss of approximately HK$916,000 during the same period in 2024.

The decrease in losses is primarily attributed to: (i) the completion of the sale of the loss-making subsidiary Hengquan Limited in February 2025, which reduced the Group's operating losses during the reporting period; and (ii) the implementation of effective cost control measures during the reporting period.
