Dingdang Health has made a series of announcements regarding changes to its board of directors and committee memberships, effective July 21, 2026.

According to the announcement, Ms. Li Chuheng has resigned from her position as a non-executive director of the company and will no longer serve as a member of the Remuneration Committee and the Nomination Committee.

Furthermore, Ms. Yang Xiao has been appointed as an executive director of the company and will also join the Nomination Committee.

In a related appointment, Mr. Jiang Shan has been appointed as a member of the company's Remuneration Committee.
