Ms. Cong Lin has been appointed as a Co-Company Secretary to fill the vacancy resulting from Ms. Zhang's resignation. The appointment of Ms. Cong Lin as Co-Company Secretary is effective from March 27, 2026.

Furthermore, after considering the operational and management needs of the company, the Board of Directors has appointed Mr. Ma Yisheng as another Co-Company Secretary, effective from March 27, 2026.
