Honworld Group Limited announced that its 2026 Interim Report is now available in both English and Chinese on the HKEX website (www.hkexnews.hk) and the company’s own site (www.hzlaohenghe.com).
Key points:
1. Distribution Channels • All current and future corporate communications, including the interim report, will be accessible online through the two websites. • Shareholders will receive notification of each publication by e-mail or post, depending on whether the company successfully collects their electronic contact information.
2. Action for Non-Registered Holders • Investors holding shares via banks, brokers, custodians, nominees, or HKSCC Nominees Limited are requested to provide an e-mail address to these intermediaries to enable electronic delivery. • Those preferring hard copies can complete a request form and submit it by e-mail (honworld@computershare.com.hk) or post to the Hong Kong share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, at 17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wan Chai, Hong Kong. Printed documents will be dispatched free of charge.
3. Validity of Printed Copy Requests • A request for printed communications remains effective until revoked, superseded, or until the next annual report is issued, whichever occurs first. A new form must be submitted for continued receipt in print thereafter.
4. Investor Enquiries • Shareholder questions can be directed to Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited at +852 2862 8688 (9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m., Monday to Friday, excluding Hong Kong public holidays) or by e-mail at honworld@computershare.com.hk.
The new arrangements, effective immediately, align with Rule 2.07A of the HKEX Listing Rules and Honworld’s amended and restated articles of association. Chairman Huang Dachun signed the notice on 18 September 2026.
