Registered shareholders are encouraged to access the digital version. Those preferring hard copies may request them free of charge by completing and returning the reply form to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, located at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, or by emailing 1332-ecom@vistra.com.

Touyun Biotech emphasised that shareholders must provide a valid email address to receive electronic notices of future corporate communications and actionable documents. Until a functional email address is supplied, related notices will be sent in printed form.
