Silkwave Inc. has issued a supplemental announcement to its 30 April 2026 AGM circular, focusing on auditor arrangements for the financial year ending 31 December 2026.

Linksfield CPA Limited will retire at the forthcoming AGM and is eligible for—and has offered—re-appointment. Following review, the audit committee recommended that the Board submit the re-appointment to shareholders for approval.

The estimated audit fee for Linksfield’s services in FY2026 is approximately US$0.14 million, exclusive of out-of-pocket expenses. This estimate assumes no material change in audit scope compared with the audit of the FY2025 consolidated financial statements.

The company confirmed that all other information in the original AGM circular remains unchanged.
