Chervon Holdings Limited announced that Joseph Galli Jr. will assume the role of Chief Executive Officer on 10 September 2026. Founder Longquan Pan will step down from the CEO position on the same date but will continue as Executive Director and Chairman, ensuring leadership continuity.

Galli joins Chervon after an extensive career spanning more than four decades in consumer power tools and home improvement. He spent 19 years at Black & Decker, where he rose to President of Worldwide Power Tools and Accessories and oversaw the 1992 launch of the “DeWalt” heavy-duty power-tool line. Subsequent leadership roles included Director, President and Chief Operating Officer at Amazon.com (1999–2000) and Chief Executive Officer of Newell Rubbermaid Inc. (2001–2005).

Most recently, Galli served at Techtronic Industries Company Limited from 2006 to May 2024, initially as Chief Executive Officer of Techtronic Appliances and subsequently as CEO and Executive Director, directing global growth for the Milwaukee and Ryobi brands.

Chervon’s Board emphasised that Galli’s track record in driving operational excellence and brand expansion positions the Group for its “next chapter,” while Pan’s continued presence as Chairman preserves strategic continuity. Galli holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina (1980) and an MBA from Loyola College, Maryland (1987). The company confirmed he currently holds no shares or related interests in Chervon and has no disclosed relationships with existing directors, senior management, or substantial shareholders.
