COSCO SHIP PORT (01199) has announced changes to its board composition following the conclusion of its annual general meeting. Mr. Li Minqiao has retired from his position as an independent non-executive director. Consequently, he has also stepped down from his roles as chairman of the audit committee and the nomination committee, as well as a member of the remuneration committee. In his place, independent non-executive director Mr. Lin Yaojian has been appointed as chairman of the audit committee and the nomination committee, and as a member of the remuneration committee. Additionally, independent non-executive director Mr. Yang Liangyi has been appointed as a member of the audit committee.
