CN ENGY STORAGE (01143) announced that its major shareholder Mr. Chen Dezhu (the seller) notified the company on December 12, 2025 (after trading hours) that he had sold a total of 51.76 million shares, representing approximately 23.1% of the issued shares as of the announcement date, to Fame Castle Enterprises Limited (the buyer), a company incorporated in the British Virgin Islands. The buyer is an investment holding company wholly owned by Mr. Li Jibang, Mr. Wu Jianyuan, Mr. Huang Shixiong, and Mr. Tan Jinfang. As of the announcement date, these four individuals serve as directors of the company's wholly-owned subsidiaries. Following the completion of the transfer: (a) the seller no longer holds any share interests and ceases to be a major shareholder of the company; and (b) the buyer now holds an interest in 53 million shares (approximately 23.6% of the issued shares as of the announcement date) and has become a major shareholder of the company.
