YU TAK INT'L (08048) announced that Grant Thornton (Hong Kong) has resigned as the group's auditor effective December 17, 2025, after failing to reach an agreement on audit fees for the consolidated financial statements for the year ending December 31, 2024.

The board further announced that, upon the recommendation of the audit committee, Pak Shun CPA Limited has been appointed as the new auditor effective December 31, 2025. Pak Shun will fill the vacancy created by Grant Thornton's resignation and serve until the conclusion of the company's next annual general meeting.
