The buy-back, carried out at prices ranging from HK$0.156 to HK$0.157 per share, involved total consideration of approximately HK$0.23 million, translating into a volume-weighted average price of HK$0.1567 per share.

The repurchased shares represent 0.02 % of the company’s 5.81 billion issued shares (excluding treasury shares) outstanding before the transaction. All repurchased shares have been retained as treasury shares, taking the company’s treasury stock balance to 1.45 million shares as at 20 August 2026.

The buy-back was executed under the general mandate approved by shareholders on 12 May 2026, which authorises the company to repurchase up to 596.45 million shares. Cumulative repurchases under this mandate now stand at 131.55 million shares, equivalent to 2.21 % of the issued share base on the mandate date, leaving ample headroom for further activity.
