Following the transaction, issued shares outstanding (excluding treasury stock) slipped by 0.0038 % to 397.54 million, while treasury shares increased to 998,300. The company’s total issued share capital remains 398.54 million shares.
The buyback forms part of the repurchase mandate approved on 18 June 2026, which authorises STAR CM to repurchase up to 39.85 million shares. Including the latest deal, 931,000 shares have been bought back under this mandate, equivalent to 0.2336 % of the share count at the mandate date.
