Shares of Karman Holdings surged 10.63% in after-hours trading, following the release of the company's fiscal second-quarter results that exceeded analyst expectations and an upward revision to its full-year guidance.

The space and defense systems maker reported adjusted earnings per share of $0.14, beating the consensus estimate of $0.13, while revenue climbed 58% year-over-year to $182.06 million, surpassing the $180.07 million forecast. The company cited strong growth across its core defense programs, including hypersonics, strategic missile defense, and unmanned aircraft systems. Karman also raised its fiscal 2026 revenue outlook to a range of $730 million to $745 million and adjusted EBITDA guidance to $215 million to $222.5 million, reflecting confidence in a record $1.3 billion backlog.

Additional positive sentiment stemmed from a separate announcement that the company refinanced $763.96 million in term loans, reducing the interest rate by 50 basis points to SOFR plus 2.25%, which is expected to lower financing costs and improve profitability going forward.
