Jiangxi Copper Company Limited has declared a final ordinary dividend of RMB 6 for every 10 shares for the financial year ended 31 December 2025.

The distribution is subject to shareholder approval at the annual general meeting scheduled for 05 June 2026. Key dates following approval are as follows: the stock will trade ex-dividend on 11 June 2026; the share register will close from 13 June to 19 June 2026; the record date is 19 June 2026; and payment is set for 17 July 2026.

Shareholders listed on the Hong Kong register will receive the dividend in Hong Kong dollars, with the conversion rate to be announced closer to the payment date. Details on any applicable withholding tax are also pending disclosure.
