Jardine Matheson Holdings Limited said it repurchased 25,000 of its ordinary shares on Jul, 20 2026, paying up to US$63.87 and no less than US$62.49 per share, with a weighted average price of about US$62.7543.

The company will cancel the repurchased shares. After the transaction, its issued share capital stands at 294,061,976 ordinary shares, each carrying one vote, and it holds no treasury shares.
