Hong Kong – 12 March 2026 – China Investment and Finance Group Limited (CH INV FIN GP, 01226) reported that Ms. Wang Hui has resigned as a non-executive director, effective immediately, to assume the newly designated role of Head of Operations.

The company stated that Ms. Wang has no disagreements with the board and confirmed that no matters related to her resignation require shareholder or exchange attention.

Following the change, the board comprises one executive director, Mr. Chan Cheong Yee, and three independent non-executive directors: Mr. Luk Simon, Ms. Liu Xiaoyin and Mr. Hon Leung.
