CLSA has issued a research report forecasting that 2026 will be a transitional year for KINGSOFT's gaming business, marked by leadership and strategic changes. The report anticipates gaming revenue to decline by over ten percent year-on-year, while revenue from office software is expected to accelerate to 20% year-on-year growth. The firm has lowered its revenue forecasts for the group by 7% for this year and next, and reduced operating profit projections by 21% and 16%, respectively, reflecting challenges in the gaming segment.
