On 30 April 2026, Ye Xing Group Holdings Limited announced that the English and Chinese versions of its 2025 Annual Report have been uploaded to both the company’s website (www.hongkunwuye.com) and the HKEX news platform (www.hkexnews.hk).

Non-registered holders are encouraged to access the digital version. Those unable to do so may obtain a complimentary hard copy by completing the enclosed request form and returning it to Tricor Investor Services Limited, 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, or by emailing 1941-ecom@vistra.com.

Shareholders may elect to receive future corporate communications—defined under the HKEX Listing Rules to include annual, interim and quarterly reports; notices of meeting; circulars; and other actionable documents—in printed or electronic form. Preferences can be registered via the same request form, and changes will remain effective until revoked in writing or at the end of each financial year, whichever comes first.
