On 16 February 2026, ENN Energy Holdings Ltd released an update regarding a privatisation by way of a scheme of arrangement. The Executive received information under Rule 22 of the Hong Kong Code on Takeovers and Mergers, disclosing transactions by BlackRock, Inc. in the ordinary shares of ENN Energy Holdings Ltd.

BlackRock, Inc. purchased 128 shares on 13 February 2026 at US$68.15, bringing its resultant balance to 60.25 million shares (5.32%). On the same day, it effected another purchase of 8.92 million shares at US$68.15, increasing its total holdings to 69.18 million shares (6.11%). These dealings were carried out on behalf of discretionary investment clients. BlackRock, Inc. is classified as a Class (6) associate based on its shareholding in ENN Energy Holdings Ltd. The receipt of collateral by BlackRock, Inc. in table 2(a), line item 2, represents a net movement in collateral.
