Bank of Gansu Co., Ltd. (Bank of Gansu) has announced a final ordinary cash dividend of RMB1.18 per 10 H-shares for the financial year ended 31 December 2025, equivalent to HKD1.356942 per 10 shares based on an exchange rate of RMB1: HKD1.149951. The distribution received shareholder approval on 30 June 2026.

\n\nTax withholding arrangements • Non-resident enterprise shareholders: 10% enterprise income tax will be withheld. • Individual H-shareholders classified as non-residents: – Residents of Hong Kong, Macau or jurisdictions with a 10% treaty rate: 10% withholding. – Residents of jurisdictions with treaty rate below 10%: 10% withholding. – Residents of jurisdictions with treaty rate above 10% but below 20%: withholding at the treaty rate. – Residents of jurisdictions with a 20% treaty rate or no treaty: 20% withholding.

\n\nShare registration Entitled shareholders must ensure their holdings are registered with Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, Shops 1712-1716, 17/F, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wanchai, Hong Kong, by the cut-off time on 14 July 2026.
