Jiangsu Expressway announced that the 23rd meeting of the 11th Board of Directors, held on 15 June 2026, approved the appointment of Mr. Lou Qing as Securities Affairs Representative. He succeeds Mr. Tu Jun, who is leaving the post upon reaching the statutory retirement age.

Mr. Lou Qing, born in 1975, holds a postgraduate degree and the professional title of Senior Economist. His past roles include Head and Deputy Director of the Board Secretary’s Office at Jiangsu Expressway, General Manager of Jiangsu Expressway Investment and Development Co., Ltd., and Director of the General Office. He currently serves as Director of the Board Secretary’s Office. Mr. Lou owns no shares in the company and has no record of regulatory or disciplinary sanctions. The board confirmed that his qualifications satisfy the requirements of the Company Law of the People’s Republic of China and the Shanghai Stock Exchange Listing Rules.

The announcement was signed by Chairman Wang Feng and released from Nanjing on 16 June 2026. As of the announcement date, Jiangsu Expressway’s board consists of one Executive Director, six Non-executive Directors and six Independent Non-executive Directors.
