Without these materials, the preparation of statutory financial statements cannot proceed, resulting in the missed regulatory deadlines.

Trading in Ourgame shares has been suspended since 11:59 a.m. on 4 March 2026 and will remain halted until further notice. The company will issue further announcements on the timing of its FY-2025 results and annual report once clarity over the audit and financial information is obtained.
