WebX Holding Group Limited (formerly China Sci-Tech Industrial Investment Group Limited) released an announcement on 13 July 2026 stating that its unaudited consolidated net asset value (NAV) per ordinary share of HK$0.02 was approximately HK$0.0165 as at 30 June 2026.

The board comprises two executive directors (Mr. Sun Bo and Mr. Wang Daming), four non-executive directors (Mr. Zhuang Jiyong—Chairman, Mr. Xiao Qiuli, Ms. Yan Jia and Ms. Zhang Aiping) and three independent non-executive directors (Mr. Chen Ming, Mr. Mok Ho Ming and Mr. Wong Yan Wai George).
