Sino-Ocean Group (HKEX: 03377) has announced its operational figures.

For the month of June 2026, the Group, together with its joint ventures and associates, achieved contracted sales of approximately RMB 1.74 billion. The contracted sales floor area was about 171,800 square meters, with an average selling price of around RMB 10,100 per square meter.

For the period from January 1 to June 30, 2026, the cumulative contracted sales for the Group and its joint ventures and associates amounted to roughly RMB 8.14 billion. The total contracted sales floor area reached approximately 676,200 square meters, with an average selling price of about RMB 12,000 per square meter.

Regarding construction management projects, the Group and its joint ventures and associates recorded contracted sales of about RMB 520 million for June 2026. The sales floor area for these projects was around 35,200 square meters, with an average price of RMB 14,800 per square meter.

From January 1 to June 30, 2026, the cumulative contracted sales for these construction management projects totaled approximately RMB 1.49 billion. The total floor area sold was about 124,700 square meters, with an average selling price of RMB 11,900 per square meter.
