Both parties will jointly develop AI-driven digital teaching content and explore integrating intelligent learning analytics into OUM's learning management platform, including a mental health monitoring dashboard and an AI-driven psychological assessment system, to achieve precise insights into learners' behaviors and emotions and provide personalized learning interventions that will comprehensively enhance teaching effectiveness. Additionally, the collaboration will explore digital certificates and micro-credentialing systems to ensure the safety and credibility of academic diplomas, and plans to jointly establish an "AI Research and Innovation Laboratory" focusing on cutting-edge topics such as instructional design, gamified learning, and AI education ethics. Furthermore, the two parties will develop micro-credential courses and vocational technical training programs in alignment with industry needs and lifelong learning goals, and jointly provide language certification services to enhance learners' employability. In building the digital education ecosystem, the two sides will utilize OUM and its strategic partner network to jointly promote the implementation of collaborative digital education projects and foster thought leadership cooperation, participating in global dialogues on open education policy and shaping innovative development models for future open universities.
