On February 4, 2026, C CARBONNEUTRAL (01372) announced that its major shareholder, Mr. Sha Tao, purchased an aggregate of 600,000 ordinary shares of the company on the open market at an average price of approximately HK$1.06 per share, representing approximately 0.09% of the company's total issued share capital.

Following this acquisition, Mr. Sha Tao's total shareholding interest reached 161,065,000 shares, which constitutes approximately 23.86% of the company's entire issued share capital as of the date of this announcement.

The Board of Directors believes that Mr. Sha Tao's further voluntary share purchase through market acquisitions demonstrates his confidence in the long-term development prospects of the Group.
