Registered shareholders who have not yet provided an email address, or whose existing address is invalid, may now opt to receive future corporate-communication notifications electronically. To do so, a completed reply form must be returned by email to 8226-corpcomm@unionregistrars.com.hk or by post/hand to Union Registrars Limited, Suites 3301-04, 33/F, Two Chinachem Exchange Square, 338 King’s Road, North Point, Hong Kong.

Shareholders may request printed copies of corporate communications at any time. Previous written requests for hard copies will remain effective for one year from the registrar’s receipt date unless earlier revoked or superseded; after expiry, a new written instruction will be required.
