Asia Television Holdings Limited (stock code: 00707) reported that as of 31 October 2025, the total authorised share capital remained at 200,000,000,000 ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.01 each, representing HKD 2,000,000,000 in authorised capital. The number of issued shares also remained unchanged at 2,228,826,200.

The company further reported that under the share option scheme adopted on 15 June 2016, 95,917,293 share options were outstanding during the period, and there was no change in the total number of issued shares.
