• Capital base: Following cancellation of shares repurchased on UK venues, the company’s issued ordinary share capital and total voting rights stand at 17.14 billion shares. Shares repurchased in Hong Kong require additional processing time before cancellation, after which a further update on voting rights will be provided.

• Venue specifics: The latest repurchase was classified as “off-market” under the UK Companies Act 2006 but deemed “on-market” under Hong Kong Stock Exchange rules and the Hong Kong Codes on Takeovers and Share Buy-backs. No shares were repurchased on the London Stock Exchange, Aquis Exchange, Cboe Europe, or Turquoise on the announcement date.
