Lopal Tech (02465) has issued an announcement stating that the closing price of the company's A-shares rose by a cumulative deviation of more than 20% over two consecutive trading days on September 30, 2026, and October 8, 2026. In accordance with the relevant provisions of the Shanghai Stock Exchange Trading Rules, this constitutes an abnormal fluctuation in stock trading.

On October 8, 2026, Nanjing Liyuan Nano Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Nanjing Liyuan"), a second-tier holding subsidiary of the company, signed a Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement with Zhejiang Jiyao Tongxing Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Jiyao Tongxing").

Under the agreement, provided that product settlement prices remain competitive and delivery cycles, quality, and technical requirements are met, Nanjing Liyuan and its affiliated production entities will collectively sell 378,600 to 567,800 tons of lithium iron phosphate cathode materials to Jiyao Tongxing during the period from 2026 to 2030. The specific sales volume will be determined based on orders. The specific unit price is subject to fluctuations in the prices of key raw materials and will be determined on a monthly basis by both parties in accordance with the terms of the agreement.

Following a self-examination by the company and a written inquiry to the controlling shareholder and actual controller, as of the date of this announcement, the company confirms that there are no material matters or information that should be disclosed but have not been disclosed.
