NOIZ GROUP (08163) announced that the group expects to achieve a net profit of approximately HK$2 million for the first half of 2025, compared to a net loss of approximately HK$15 million in the same period of 2024. The turnaround from loss to profit is mainly attributable to (among others): (i) a reduction in overall operating costs of approximately HK$7 million, reflecting the group's continued efforts to enhance operational efficiency and competitiveness; (ii) a decrease in estimated interest expenses on convertible bonds of approximately HK$6 million; and (iii) gains arising from the disposal of certain property, plant and equipment of approximately HK$3 million.
