Global Investments Limited disclosed on Jan, 15 2026 that the aggregate cost of its quoted securities portfolio rose to 247.993 million Singapore dollars following a recent acquisition, up from 243.440 million Singapore dollars before the transaction.

The updated figure represents 91.23% of the company’s latest audited consolidated net tangible assets of 271.834 million Singapore dollars as at Dec, 31 2024, compared with 89.55% prior to the acquisition.

The total market value of the quoted investments, measured as at Dec, 31 2025, increased to 231.535 million Singapore dollars from 226.982 million Singapore dollars before the purchase.

The announcement was made in accordance with Rule 704(17)(b) of the Singapore Exchange Listing Manual. Global Investments Limited is managed by Singapore Consortium Investment Management Limited.
