InvesTech Holdings Limited released its Annual General Meeting circular and proxy form on 29 May 2026. The documents, available in both English and Chinese, have been uploaded to the company’s website (www.investech-holdings.com) and to the Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited website (www.hkexnews.hk).

Non-registered shareholders who experience difficulty accessing the electronic versions may request printed copies free of charge by contacting the Hong Kong share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited. Requests can be made by post (17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wan Chai, Hong Kong) or by email (InvesTechHoldings.ecom@computershare.com.hk).

Shareholders holding shares through banks, brokers, custodians, nominees or HKSCC Nominees Limited can elect to receive future corporate communications electronically by providing an email address to their intermediaries. Alternatively, printed versions can be requested by emailing the address above with the shareholder’s name and mailing details.
