Intel stock surged 6.4% on Wednesday after Bloomberg reported that the chip maker had approached Apple asking for an investment. The shares jumped another 3% in overnight trading.

IREN shares jumped 12.9% on Wednesday amid AI cloud expansion and upgraded price targets. The shares gained another 5.6% in overnight trading.

Opendoor shares jumped 10.6% in overnight trading on news that quantitative trading firm Jane Street has taken a 5.9% stake in the online real estate company. The shares jumped 16.1% on Wednesday.

Clinical-stage oncology company Immuneering announces public offering of Class A shares and concurrent $25M private placement from Sanofi. The company also announces extraordinary 86% overall survival at 9 months in first-line pancreatic cancer patients treated with Atebimetinib + mGnP. The shares soared 39% in overnight trading.

Stitch Fix forecast revenue growth in the fiscal year ahead as its latest quarterly results beat Wall Street’s expectations as it gained market share. While the shares dropped 1.8% in overnight trading.
