Information from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange reveals that on June 12th, Shanghai Ningquan Asset Management Co., Ltd. sold 1.254 million shares of Orient Securities (HKEX: 03958).

The transaction was executed at a price of HK$5.91 per share, resulting in a total consideration of approximately HK$7.41114 million.

Following this disposal, Shanghai Ningquan Asset Management's holding in the company has been reduced to 50.2964 million shares.

This revised stake represents a 4.90% shareholding percentage in Orient Securities.
