TOP GLOVE CORPORATION BHD (TOPGLOV) said on Feb, 19 2026 that substantial shareholder Puan Sri Tong Siew Bee acquired an additional 2.0 million ordinary shares on Feb, 13 2026 via her husband, Tan Sri Dr Lim Wee Chai, increasing her indirect interest in the company.

The transaction raises Tong’s indirect or deemed holding to about 3.013 billion shares, equivalent to 37.576% of the glove maker’s issued capital, while her direct stake remains at 17.56 million shares, or 0.219%.

In total, Tong now holds or is deemed interested in roughly 3.03 billion Top Glove shares. The change was disclosed under Section 138 of the Companies Act 2016.
