Minth Group Limited disclosed a minor change in its share capital following the exercise of share options by a director under the share option scheme adopted on 31 May 2022.

On 8 April 2026, the company issued 7,700 new ordinary shares at an exercise price of HKD 14.30 per share. The new issue represents approximately 0.0007 % of the 1.17 billion ordinary shares outstanding (excluding treasury shares) prior to the transaction.

As a result, the number of issued shares (excluding treasury shares) increased from 1.17 billion to 1.17 billion (1,171,811,499 shares), while total issued shares—including 11.13 million treasury shares—rose to 1.18 billion (1,182,941,499 shares).

No changes were reported in the company’s treasury share balance, and the disclosure confirmed there were no share repurchases, redemptions, or on-market sales of treasury shares during the period.
