On the afternoon of August 29, at the 2025 Kuaishou Photosynthesis Creator Conference, Cheng Yixiao, founder, chairman and CEO of Kuaishou Technology, delivered a keynote speech.

Cheng Yixiao stated that Kuaishou's creator ecosystem continues to expand, with over 91 million creators maintaining consistent content updates on Kuaishou for three consecutive years. The number of submissions from creators with more than 10,000 followers increased by over 100% year-over-year.

Cheng Yixiao noted that the prosperity of the content ecosystem has provided creators with more monetization opportunities. Over the past year, 26 million creators earned revenue on Kuaishou, with creators earning monthly income exceeding 1,000 yuan growing by nearly 12% year-over-year.

"Ensuring that quality creators and quality content that have been cultivating on Kuaishou for the long term receive quality traffic is the platform's unwavering traffic direction. Business concepts such as integrated short video and live streaming, and the synergy between public and private domains, have enabled creators to gain more incremental traffic and build stronger private domain stickiness," Cheng Yixiao said.

Official data from Kuaishou shows that creators who excel in both short videos and live streaming achieve 4-10 times higher traffic acquisition efficiency on the platform compared to creators focusing on single content formats.
