CITIC Bank (601998.SH) has announced a plan to utilize its own capital for a cash injection of 2 billion yuan into its wholly-owned subsidiary, CITIC Financial Leasing Co., Ltd. (CITIC Leasing). Following the completion of this capital increase, CITIC Leasing's registered capital will rise from 10 billion yuan to 12 billion yuan, while the bank will retain 100% ownership of the subsidiary.
