On 31 October 2025, Wisdom Wealth Resources Investment Holding Group Limited (the “Company,” together with its subsidiaries, the “Group,” stock code: 7) reported that the High Court of Hong Kong has further adjourned a winding-up petition hearing against the Company to 14 January 2026. The petition, filed by Crescendo Capital Limited, was initially heard on 31 October 2025 but will now proceed on the newly scheduled date.

Trading in the Company’s shares was suspended on 2 April 2024 and remains suspended pending fulfillment of all resumption guidance requirements. Relevant updates on any material developments regarding the winding-up petition will be provided in subsequent announcements as appropriate.
